Health & Safety Policy
ADA Carbon Solutions, LLC (ACS) and all business units believe that our people are our most important asset. To that end the safety and health of our employees must at all times be the primary consideration in every aspect of our business. It is a top priority of ACS to provide a safe work environment for our employees free of potential hazards at all times.
As a Health & Safety focused Company, we will require that all employees be responsible for working safely and productively. As part of their personal goals, we will require them to always remain aware of potential hazards in their surroundings, to follow recognized safe work practices, and to use at all times the correct personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the task they are completing. Employees are encouraged to report any suspected hazards or violations to their Supervisors, the Health & Safety Manager, a Safety Team member, or a member of the Management Team.
ACS believes that any Health & Safety Program must have a commitment from every employee and their involvement. Therefore, this program is one of ACS Management’s highest priorities and they will extend their full support and participation to ensure that it is followed and executed across all sectors of the Company.
