• Impact 1100-1300 Energy Generating Units
• Will cover all 189 Hazardous Air Pollutants ("HAPs")
• Should result in 90 to 95% limit for mercury
• Draft March 2011, Final November 2011, Compliance November 2014

U.S. EPA Industrial Boiler MACT

• Will impact over 500 coal-fired boilers
• AC will be needed for both mercury and dioxins/furans
• Draft April 2010, Final December 2010, Compliance February 2014 

U.S. EPA MACT for Cement

• Will impact over 150 Cement Kilns
• AC will be needed for mercury and volatile hydrocarbons
• Draft May 2010, Final December 2010, Compliance August 2013
